Chandler Service Club believes that education is the key to building healthy families and has provided college scholarships to Chandler citizens since 1958. High school seniors and adults pursuing a college degree are given opportunities to pursue their dreams of advanced education through our scholarship program. The Helen Pernell and Jewel Lewis Community Scholarships provides funds for deserving Chandler residents who demonstrate strong character, potential and financial need.
